Do you ship internationally?
At present we do not offer international shipping on all items. Additional fees and delivery times may apply, email us if you are interested in an item and we may be able to do a custom order after getting a shipping quote.
How can I request a refund?
To request a refund, contact our customer service team and provide the necessary details about your order and the reason
for the refund.
What are the shipping costs?
Detailed information will be provided during the checkout process. Our rate is $14 per delivery for any purchases under $100 however if your order is $100 or in total the shipping is free of charge. Express Shipping is $20. Bulkier items over 3kg may incur a charge which you will be advised about prior to sending the order.
